MSN 7 Patch [advert removal]

I know that we're not supposed to crack things. And I know that Microsoft has its own policies in their marketing and advertisement.

But don't you guys just hate the advertisement at MSN Messenger? Especially with MSN Messenger 7.0, the MSN Plus doesn't remove the advertisement [the developer announced that Microsoft doesn't want him to do that because it was going against Microsoft marketing strategies]
