Night shift.. -_-

Well.. I haven't blogged quite lately, have I?
I guess lot's of u have visited the site and grumbling "what the hell has this person been doin that he hasn't updated his blog. It's simply that I feel too lazy to blog lately in addition I've got nothing much to say. ;-p

Anyway.. today is the first night shift here and I've been in the office for 22 hours straight. Well I kindda liked it.. except that it was hell boring. I didn't even know if I should expect a catastrophe from the client so that we can get to work, or just sit here and surf the net and sleep (that's what I did.. haha.. ^_^)

I'm goin back hometown for a week tomorrow.. ^_^ and have been looking forward to that.
And have a nice days for all of u, especially those who celebrate Ramadan. ^_^

officially a month

And there goes a month.. I've been working for a month today.. ^_^
But I feel things have gone wrong in my work for today. Too many mistakes for a day.. (well not that many, but enough to make me feel uncomfortable for the day)

Just booked myself for my trip back hometown during Ramadhan.. ^_^ Hope that I can enjoy and refresh myself.. ^_^

My first CR

Wow.. after 3 weeks working, I've got my first CR (Customer Request) to do actual work where I have to modify the current core system related to the customer (which is one of the bank) and adjust it to the needs (request). The due date was supposed to be on the 13th, but I finished it in less than half an hour (well it's just simple one.. I'm still new here..)

Still.. I feel good for that. ^_^

The day begins with Mr. Bean

Monday again.. what a life in here.. Weekend goes fast enough to wake me up to real life.. working..

And a must activity just before I depart for work is a 12 minutes of Mr. Bean the Animated Series on Disney Chanell Asia.

And the life goes on...

FF7: Advent Children

Now this is surely a great animation after FF: The Spirit Within; and I can tell it's much better. Too bad I've not been playing the game.. so I had no idea what the hell was going on in the movie. However, great animation effects though.. ^_^

I got the movie file from a friend in office who happened to have it. So since I've watched the trailer (which is quite tempting) ^_^, I thought it would be nice to see it.

So at least I've got some entertainment.. ^_^

Boring...

And here I am.. Again.. blogging for nothing..
Have been reading too much for the past 2 and a half weeks with not an actual workload has been given to me.

I've been helping a senior in standardization project for the system; just simple things like copying selected files from one library to another, just that it's not so easy like in Windows.. ^_^

Can't wait to get back home.. 40 minutes left.. ^_^

Greetings for Ramadan

For all of my Muslim friends: Ahmed, Mukmin, Asrul, Shaheen, and everyone in Malaysia, and also to the team I'm working in Sigma (Core Banking Team 3)... Have a fulfilling Ramadan and may all the blessings upon you all. ^_^

Bali Bombing 2

Yesterday, 11 days before the island was due to commemorate the third anniversary of the first attack of Bali Bombing on 12 October 2002, another incident has happened. Three separate organised bombing of different locations in Bali occurred. And this time they've got an amateur video of the seconds of the bombing.

I do respect for ideologies, but still I do not understand this action of terrorism. Suicide bombing? Killing yourself is a sin and now other people's life is also in the risk. This action has not only hurt the physical body of human, but also the country (Indonesia); for less tourist would visit the island, it is obviously not a good thing for the country.

Just for additional note, Bali police squad is claimed to be the best police squad of the nation; and still this incident occurs. :-(

Still in the ideology, why can't some people just accept the difference between all of us? I've played around with many different people from different nationality, religion, and even custom and tradition and as long as the 'respect' is still there, it won't go so bad. And if people respect others, less conflict would occur. I still think of some parameters like those who suffers in the pressure of economy and other life matter, but still many survive the pressure and able to respect others.

^_^ Cheers..
